Disposable ear plugs are made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) or polyurethane foam. Washing and cleaning disposable earplugs is not recommended. These plugs must be discarded and replaced after each use. Excess moisture reduces damping and slows foam recovery which can lead to improper fit.
