Checks before use:
Users must:
– Make sure that the level of protection offered by the filter is sufficient for the type and concentration of the contaminant in the work area.
– Respect the expiration date that appears on the filter.
– Check the hermetic closing points.
Storage information:
– Store the filters in a cool, dry place with the caps on- Storage temperature range: -20 ° C / + 50 ° C
– Maximum humidity during storage: 80%
Limitations of use:
– For the exclusive use of trained and qualified personnel.
– Do not use if the oxygen level in the environment is less than 17%.
– Do not use with organic gases and vapors with a boiling point below 65ºC.
– After use, an open filter will be properly repackaged with its caps if it is likely to be reused. It must be replaced within 6 months after opening.
– If a user identifies the filter rupture through the smell or the knowledge of a gas, the filter must be replaced immediately.
– If the breathing resistance of the filter increased significantly, it must be replaced.
– Particular precautions to be taken in ATEX environments.
– Filter with a mass greater than 300 g cannot be used directly on half masks.
