Description
BOJ MODEL
S1+P+SRC (EN ISO 20345:2011) DIRECTIVE 89/686/CE. REGULATION UE 2016/425.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Low perforated safety boot, padded collar, tongue, with double density polyurethane sole.
Design B according to EN ISO 20345: 2011. Manufacturing system by direct injection to the cut.
REQUIREMENTS MET:
Ergonomics and adjustment to the morphology of the user. Impact resistance (200 joules). Antistatic footwear.
Energy absorption in the heel. Puncture resistance. Resistance to hydrocarbons. Slip Resistance. Resistance to non-extreme environmental factors, under foreseeable conditions of use.
The constituent materials are suitable and do not affect the safety or health of the user. They do not cause risks or other nuisance factors under foreseeable conditions of use.
The constituent materials and the parts of the footwear that are in contact or may come into contact with the user who is wearing them do not have rough surfaces, sharp edges, points or protrusions that could cause injuries or excessive irritations. These materials or their decomposition products do not affect the safety and health of users.
The adjustment system cannot be accidentally misadjusted under foreseeable conditions of use; the adjustment and mismatch is done by means of cords, no tools being necessary.
The design facilitates its correct placement on the user, taking into account the environmental factors, the actions and postures to be carried out; the fit adapts to the wearer’s morphology including a variety of manufacturing sizes.
The footwear is designed to adapt to the natural perspiration of the foot and its absorption. The linings are designed to absorb sweat and perspiration.
The model meets the specific requirements to offer adequate protection against anticipated risks and withstand environmental factors under foreseeable conditions of use.
The date of manufacture is marked on the footwear (sole); The traceability of the batch is marked on the label of the cut and the label of the packing box (pair).
With anti perforation textile insole; Designation code S1 + P, complying with puncture resistance.
For models with P or S3 marking, the resistance to perforation of this footwear has been measured in the laboratory with a truncated nail of 4.5 mm in diameter, exerting a force of 1,100 N. If greater forces are applied or nails of smaller diameter, it will increase. the risk of perforation. In such circumstances, alternative preventive measures should be considered.
AVAILABLE SIZES: 35 – 48 EU
